The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I waited in my freezing warehouse for noon to 3. Called at 3:30. Central said driver couldn't get in with a 53' / I specified a 40' truck. No one even called! They said they can't give me a time for tomorrow and they can't call to give me a time. I told them to cancel the deal - they agreed.

Entered shipment from 11 - 2PM. I waited from 11am to 3:30 - NOTHING Called in to try again the next day. Turns out, No one told the driver anything about the time window. He had been at my place at 10AM previous day. Driver was good - Road Runner being responsive to client request F-
