After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer If the customer wants it canceled, that is fine with me. This is not my fault though, I was ready, willing, and able to do the job. Btw, my van and trailer have more than twice the space needed for this load.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period. I would like a full refund.

I responded back with a phone number you never called. I did not check my mail for 14 hours cause of doing a funeral. I wrote and explained it to you. I am sorry but I did not know I was going to lose a family member.
