A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Spoke with shipper around 1pm on 10/27/2023, advising that we would be there around 3 to pick up. They advised they had left and wouldn’t be back until after 7. Unable to accommodate seeing as we have to be in PA by 11. Shipper advised they no longer wanted us to pick their items after saying our next pickup would be three weeks out.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time SHIPPER DESERVES 0 STARS.TERRIBLE communication. DISHONEST. I prepared my business and the shipment for several hours today in expectation of the pick up. The shipper promised to come tonight after 7PM. My husband and I rearranged all of the furniture in my business to make it easier for the shipper. Waiting for hours. LAST MINUTE SHIPPER JUST SAYS -- I'M CANCELLING THIS SHIPMENT & HUNG UP ON ME. Get this guy off of Uship. He hurts people and he is an embarassment to your platform.
