I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper is totally irresponsible and should be banned from uship. Initially he accepted my phone calls then stopped all correspondence. I just wished I had read all the negative comments and his 14, yes 14 cancellations on shipments he accepted. I have used uship for many years, all without a hitch, now I am hesitant to use uship again. I trust uship will be more responsive to deadbeat shippers in the future. I hope this is resolved quickly and I can get my shipment taken care of.
