Cody was very responsive to our questions when we were deciding which sipper to deliver our new puppy. Nitro Pet Express certainly was not the low cost provider that bid on the delivery from Ohio to Massachusetts, however we made our decision based on their professionalism and positive reviews. Rachel, the driver, carefully drove through NY state in a blizzard to deliver our puppy, all the while keeping in touch with updates and pictures.
