Mark is a terrific customer, I had a catastrophic breakdown! Vehicle was unrepairable for 4 days! 1500 miles from scheduled delivery!! So i traded p.u. truck in, for a newer p.u. truck! Desperate? Yes! but effective, yes! So, I ended up, being 4 days late with prized pet, on delivery! Whom, i took good care off, great dog, called Mike! But, Mark, was a great customer,who was very forgivng, he is a military man, so do not take his kindess as a weakness!Thank you sincerely Mark!Sincerely William S

I'm going to try to give the most honest review I can. William is a nice guy who tried his hardest to get my dog home. This being said during his trip he broke down and had to buy a new truck to complete his journey. He lost three days and to make up for it drove my dog another thousand miles to Florida. I believe that things just happen and I thank him for keeping my dog safe and getting him home. I hope him more success in the future.
