Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I told the shipper the I would arrive on the 30th I don’t understand I am not late. Response from Taylor R.: Again, we agreed on the 29th. You were late and you still never reached out and communicated.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Hi- so I’m going to respond to this. I contacted the lady immediately after the booking. They asked me for after the weekend. I had a delay after offering to pickup initially. The lady is frustrated with other shippers but shouldn’t be mad with me. I explained my timeline, keep in mind I’m local to the shipper. These other guys she’s mad at, not me. Her client is waiting because someone else flaked before me. I don’t appreciate the lashing out. I wish on here I can attach the texts. Response from Taylor R.: All false but I’m not surprised you blame it on the people paying you to do the job instead of taking responsibility for your unprofessionalism. You were supposed to pick up Monday and didn’t show nor did you give a clarity on when you’d come. I gave you multiple opportunities to reschedule but you never gave me an exact pick up or delivery date. You ARE part of the problem and attaching texts would only prove my point. Your fragile ego can’t take someone reviewing you honestly though.
