They did not meet their scheduled pick-up and delivery time.
They were 2 hours late for pick up. When delivering, they delayed 3 times and ended up delivering more than 36 hours after the scheduled time.
The weather might be an uncontrollable factor, but the traffic and logistic error shouldn't be used as excuses for delays considering their years of experience.
Even though the evidence of delays was provided, they refused to make any compensation and said it is just the way the business is.
