I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have placed several calls to the customer from day one to a number without a voicemail. I also attempted to contact the customer via email, which I have received a response from and sent an email containing my phone number and ETA in response to. I am still available to ship this item and happy to do so if the customer so desires. I have had several customers recently state that my contact number as displayed on uShip is not my current number, although It was updated on my profile and log in!

Customer was great until it came time to give us the payment code. Left several messages and emails, finally had to have uShip contact the customer. I would think twice before working with this customer.

I wish I had read this, before I left your feedback, this is inappropriate. I was not available at the time of delivery, they were able to get paid just fine.
