Offered the customer a $25 discount due to reschedule and a check would be mailed to her - she agreed. Upon arrival at the drop-off, asked for the uship confirmation - the customer refused to give it to us until we paid him the $25 in cash. I also ask the customer to split the uship fee of $24 (this is something that I do with all my customers) later she told me that Uship said that was illegal - in the process of calling Uship to verify this. Overall, I felt distrust, hurt, and sadden by this.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The Service Provider completed a move earlier this morning for me, and the comments below pertain to this move. Based on the below, I am cancelling my second scheduled move with this Service Provider. I would like to highlight the fact that Service Provider posted feedback immediately upon completion of the job - clearly a defensive move, indicating that Service Provider fully anticipated a negative review from us. Rescheduled move and offered to mail the customer a $25 discount of the total price of $175 (Morristown NJ to NYC). Customer agreed. Once move was completed, customer did not want to provide the uship confirmation code until we paid her the $25 in cash. I paid the customer and suggested that we split the uship fee of $24. The customer was reluctant. Later contacted customer to cancel the 2nd move because I did not feel comfortable working with clients

Rolando and team did a very good job with my move. They were very friendly and polite and took good care of my furniture. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again. My only comment was that they were a little late with the pickup and delivery (which was not a huge problem), but it would be great if they could keep the client updated on their timing.
