Driver picked up & delivered my cat on time; I would not, however, use them again. Upon arrival to my new home, my wife was there to take delivery. Driver told my wife that every time he tried to open the crate, the cat hissed at him. So, he left the cat in the crate the entire time (4-5 days). The crate smelled of pure urine, my cat was covered in urine, & there was feces all in the crate. Borderline animal abuse. It took days for my cat to get "back to normal." Lesson learned, won't use again!
