I am cancelling this shipment because our truck had a delay problem and the customer feels she should pay less. We cannot afford to do free moves especially when our truck has issues and may take a little time to straighten out.

I cannot say enough about you, Seth, and J&S Moving. You were friendly and flexible with wonderful follow through. You communicated well, accomodated last minute changes, and the shipment was delivered in the same condition as it left Chicago! I will use/recommend you again! Thanks. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was told on Sunday, June 8, by this provider that he would be at my place between 9 and 10 on Tuesday (today). At 10:05, still no Iron Horse Expeditors, so I called from my cell as I was outside seeing if they were there. I left a message. He returned the call to my home phone witha message saying how sorry he was for not calling me sooner, but that there were truck problems and he would not come until the evening. I then tried calling him back. At this time it was about 10:25. After thr

Your shipment was cancelled because you were very rude to us on the phone. We tried to explained to you that we had problems with our truck and was waiting for either a replacement or our leasing company to fix it. You then tried to low ball us and demand that we accept less money for just a few hours!!!!! We do not tolerate that here at Iron Horse Expeditors and with the discounted move you were already receiving we cannot afford to move someone accross the country for pennies. Have a nice day
