Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Client wants to cancel with no valid reason at all. There was a misunderstanding with the type of trailer given by driver, but at the end, it is a flatbed hotshot, which is what he needs. He never called me directly, I also confirmed and our company number is working perfectly. He says uShip advised him to cancel and rebook, my driver already spent time and fuel getting close to Justin, TX, so this type of decision affects not only us, but third parties as well. I intend on working with client.

Everything went as planned. very pleased with delivery driver. He went above and beyond to help with load and delivered promptly

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Communication was good during bidding process and even a bit forward. Once bid was accepted the shipper was unreachable via phone call as number was inoperable and when questioned via email they mentioned phone issues. I find it hard to believe this day in age noone in the company had a phone to call a customer. During biding process we discussed not being able to send a semi. After bid was accepted hey tried to send a 53' step deck ... not what we agreed on and all documented via app.
