The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I called the shipper and left 2 voicemails, and sent a couple of emails, requesting a return call to verify when the shipment would be picked up. The shipper answered one call today, July 11th, and would not provide a date for pickup of the item. The shipper said he would call me back shortly, but he did not contact me. The shippers bid said he would pick up the item and deliver on July 7th or 8th, and he never contacted the seller of this item to make arrangements for pick up.

Gary and his partner worked very hard to move my household possessions. They were punctual and courteous. Doyin kept in communication throughout the move. Would use them again.
