The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After repeatedly taking several days to respond to my emails, not answering the phone at all or returning my calls, delaying the pickup without telling me more than once, the shipper finally arrived today, unannounced. He didn't even have a ramp or any way to get the motorcycle into the pickup truck. Very unprofessional.
