Simon is a good and fair man, he responds promptly and understands the process. Again, I suggest that UShip insert an INCOTERMS 2010 check-box on every international shipment so both client and carrier are on the same page regarding expectations for customs clearance. Thank you Simon.

Communiction was very good. Pickup very fast.Delivery time was close to on time. Was just disappointed the quote made no mention of the extra that would be charged by the third party at the destination end. Response from IntlTransService: This is why uShip should also have an INCOTERMS box for every international shipment so everyone is on the same page. The extra charges were normal terminal/customs clearance fees. Our quote was door-airport. Thanks for the opportunity Simon.
