The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider failed to show up on the date and time specified and never called me. I had to call him several times to reschedule. This happened 2 times, and each time he failed to call me to let me know what was going on. As a result, I had family members that were inconvenienced because of the service provider not showing up when he was supposed to.
