Polite, picked up late, but good communication. Floor scratched when pebble trapped under baby grand piano when moved. Agreed to file insurance. Piano delivered & our relative didn’t notice there was a mirrored scratch of the pebble on the piano side and the legs of the piano were put on wrong until movers had already left house. Dotson didn’t have to, but agreed to file insurance for floor & piano damage, but no response since Sept., out 1200 in repairs. Prefer they had just said no up front.
