A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider did his best for me. Unfortunately the individual who has the bike was out of town and couldn't make it back in time to provide access to the bike in a timely manner for the service provider and there was nobody else that had access to the bike.

I showed up as promised and on time to move this bike. Even with several days notice, the guy at the pickup end was unavailable. I could not get the bike. This one cost me time and fuel money.

One complaint, the communications by Surf&Turf Shipping was woefully inadequate. The shipment was picked up and brought to me with no issues with the cargo. However, notification of pick up times and location so the folks at both ends could be prepared was almost non existent till the last moment. We had trouble at both ends. Good communication could have solved all the issues with this shipment. Other than that it was a good experience. Cheers, Frank

Graeman did a fantastic job. The whole transaction was professionally handled. Communication from bid acceptance till motorbike delivery was excellent. The bike arrived in excellent shape and had been secured correctly. The price was fair for the services rendered. Graeman went out of his way to deliver the bike earlier than expected and to a different location than originally specified. It all went off like clockwork with no issues. Highly recommended. When it comes to Motorcycle shipment, Ernest is the best, bar none! He has a dedicated enclosed trailer with floor mounted secure bike racks. Then he secures the bike to floor mounted tie down points. He positions stars so they never touch body work, chrome or fragile items. No two bikes can touch each other and he has room to move around and check tie downs while traveling.
My 2012 HD arrived on time, safe and secure.
Ernest was every bit the pro but a nice man as well.
Highly recommended.

Super Job! My bike arrived as it was picked up. Rapped up and kept warm by blankets and tarps. The shipment arrived on time. I was informed of the location and arrival of the bike. And Tom is a nice fella who cares about his customers. Cheers, Frank
