A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper used a international shipping service, which misinterpreted the drop off time. I as told that the drop off time had to be after 6pm during the week and them they changed it to 4pm the day before. It was sketchy dealing with a jamaican woman who didnt know what was going on also a pain going back and forth from phone call to phone all with the jamaican woman, the pick up contact, and the drop off contact which never had the same story.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time job is being cancelled because we schedule on a time for pickup, 2 hours before the pickup the trucker is not picking up our calls, messages nor email. Havent get an update from him saying that he could not make it or anything.

This tracker is simply amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that my job was done in a timely manner. We are based in the Caribbean and he made was feel very comfortable and kept us updated every step of the way, Due to the long distance this trucker went as far as to download WhatsApp on this phone so that we could speak. We are 100% sure we will be using this trucker to handle all shipments within that area.
