The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it On arriving at the collection point the weight was actually 4600 kilos which is far too heavy for my truck. I rang my customer to let her know that I could not do the shipment and told her the problem with the weight. The fault was with the sender supplying the incorrect weight, otherwise I would have been happy to complete this.
