A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My truck developed a TCM (Transmission Control Module) problem and I had to put it in the shop for repairs. The customer had to have the car out of the shop before my truck would be ready, otherwise he would have incurred storage fees. We both mutually agreed to cancel the shipment. This customer was very understanding and helpful. Valued customer for sure.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Customer mentioned he needed to make payment with a credit/debit card or with paypal. Our assigned driver will take paypal at delivery. Please do not cancel this shipment as it is already dispatched for pickup

I tried to reach out to this shipper and ask about paying the driver at drop off as I was not at the drop off location. The shipper did not respond for a few hours. I had called the USHIP office, and they recommended and went ahead and cancelled the shipment. Communication is key in business!
