I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Eric contacted me to set up a pickup and told me to call him back after I had coordinated people to be present at pickup and delivery. I called back to both of his numbers and email several times with no response after nearly a month of patiently waiting his response. The least he can do is tell me he does not want to do the job so I can get alternate plans going.
