A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our bids always indicate a pick up timeframe. After accepting our bid, customer was not ready for pick up. We will refund customers deposit within 48hrs.

We specify a pick up timeframe in all our bids. In this case the shipper accepted our bid while not being ready for us to transport.
