Shipment was slightly delayed due to an accident on I95, but this was outside of his control and he communicated effectively with me. truck arrived as promised!

Don really helped me out by changing a blown tire and paying some unforeseen storage fees to get my boat released in a timely manner. Of course I paid him back for the Tire and the storage fees, but not every transport provider would have gone the extra mile like Stingray. Boat arrived with no issues!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I misread when the shipper could pick up the delivery. I thought it could be delivered earlier because I read the quote expiration date as to when the delivery would occur. The communication was pretty much immediate so both parties are happy to cancel.

Tom was awesome! The recent Holidays provided some obstacles, but he was very flexible and was willing to go the extra mile for his customer. Excellent communication and very professional. If I have something needing to be shipped in the future, he will definitely be at the top of my list!
