I accepted the bid from Jim Carter Jr and he called me 5 minutes later to confirm the bid.
He picked up my bike in Az. that same day and told me it would be about 7 days to be here in Oh.
His driver (Daniel) kept in contact with me the whole time. When he got to Akron, the transmission on his truck blew out and he immediately called to tell me about it. Fortunately for me, he was only 1/2 hour away from me and I went and picked up my bike.
I would use this shipper again for sure. The best.A+
