Shipper was great. People at Pick up spot at first didn't know what they were doing and have to make two trips before loading. After the item was loaded everything was under control and went smoothly.Recommend for futuer deliveries

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time There are 3 partys involved in this and they are not communicating. The owner of the store, the son and the guy buying it. The son was not willing to provide the necessary help to load the 900lbs machine,shovel the property so that its safe. He asked to wait until Tuesday on my way back from Wi. As you can see the buyer has no idea what going on. Tuesday morning I called and the son asked me to wait until Sat. The buyer should learn to have everything set in advance so the carrier can do our job

Great to work with. The carrier was helpful and extremely flexible. I was impressed with the communication and willingness to help. Highly reccomend for any service.Dependable to a fault.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider was to pick up on 2/13 he informed me he would be there around 4. he did not show up. I called hin sunday 2/14 and he stated that the pick up was going to be on tuesday 2/16. I have not heard from him since and I have made several call since 2/16. on 2/17, i received a call fom the pick wanting to know when it would be picked up. They stated they waited saturday 2/13 all day and provider never showed up. The provider did answer my call once then when he heard my voice he act
