I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The match was made (and the trailer picked up in February 2009). I was being unable to reach Rios for weeks (month +), and when I did make contact, he no-showed for the scheduled delivery. Emails were exchanged with uShip staff and I kept them apprised of the situation as it developed.
Following is my most recent email to uShip on 06/09/09, regarding the match made in February 2009 and wherein I reported the basis for me refund request:

Great communications before pickup and in transit. Bike arrived in Texas in the same condition as it left California in. Shipper arrived a day early, which was a pleasant surprise. Next time I have a bike or car to ship, I would not hesitate to use Steve again. He went out of his way to meet our scheduling needs and never left any doubt that he would deliver on his promises. Sometimes using an independent driver works better than a big corporate firm, and Steve is a perfect example of this! :)
