I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After confirming the pickup day and time (out of the store hours) Sammons Salvage never contacted us back and left us waiting all nig long. We haven't heard from him since Saturday, and there has been no response by text or phone. We need to re-list the shipment

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper said he would pick up around the holidays and never did, I've tried messaging and calling to see if pick up and delivery will happen and there is NO answer AT ALL, he hasn't returned any of my texts or calls, the only text he did return said that he didn't know when he would pickup. There has been no communication and he made me waste a lot of my client's time waiting for this instead of simply letting me know he wouldn't be able to do it in time. Awful experience.
