A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I received an email from customer less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive for pickup saying that she had mailed payment for the coffee table I was to pick up but the seller had yet to receive payment. Apparently the post office lost it. She wanted me to reschedule. I was in route to the area and leaving the same day. I could not make another trip the next day for the amount she was paying for 1 item.

This was originally going to be a very fast deal. One hour between bid, booking and pickup and Juanita went above and beyond trying to have this shipment ready, despite her eBay counterpart's lack of cooperation. She was very flexible with the timing and we were able to complete the delivery on our next trip. Prompt payment. Hope to work together again. Overall, a great customer!

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Service provider contacted the pick up location day-of saying he couldn't haul the furniture in his car. He said he had a truck. He didn't call me, just told to seller that he left it downstairs in a safe location and couldn't put it back where he got it.
