The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time There must have been a computer glitch. The shipment showed picked up but it was not. Many emails back and forth with both the carrier and uship support, after several days, it was recommended to cancel and rebook.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time driver didn't show up 4 days running, even though we waited after hours (in contact with customer service and the local terminal. Time window for the shipment is closed and it will now be late to my customer.
