Excellent....Guy really stepped up when we had a problem and was delayed 4 days...took care of everything and did everything he said he would do. I wouldn't hesitate to haul cross country on his phone call.... Also if you sail Hobies, or any kind of Cat, you got to visit his website... www.arribastick.com I toured the shop, where the hiking sticks are made, and it's an awesome little shop, but very capable.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

This shipment was unreal. The boat was supposed to be ready to leave destination on friday and it wasnt ready untill Monday. Hammer waited around for the guys to get there Sh#t together to leave and then had to fix the trailer that was advertised as immaculate. This is a great guy that is super dependable. He went above and beyond a 1000 fold to get my boat to me safely. Highly recommended. Cant say enough good things about this guy! e-mail me for a refrence. Great hauler.

Whoohoo....I earned this 100% 5 star rating...LOL. I told him, I'd take care of it, as long as I had his support, and I did. made sure we did it right, and found very good discounts on parts. Anyone could call a wrecker and send the bill to the owner. I was lucky and found some honest people to do business with (Truck and Trail in West Palm Beach, thanks Shawn, good kid). And had the patience and support of BobbyRay. It was actually easier than it looked....cause it looked tough, haha.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Steve was great to work with. A scheduling conflict came up that we just couldnt work around. Steve was most generous in trying to resolve the issue with some alterantive ideas but it didnt work out. I was impressed with his promt attn. and hope to do business with him thru Uship in the future.
