After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This customer was extremely difficult to work with. I was hit by a drunk driver and was 1 day behind the pick up schedule. He accused me of lying even after I told him I would send him a copy of the accident report. He then began sending me vulgar messages threatening myself and my business. Unfortunately there is nothing I could do that day to pick his bike up. We don't plan on our equipment being totalled. I would have done whatever was necessary to finish the shipment until he threatened me. Response from Alex N.: Threatened? If saying I will leave my feedback of your services online is that, then yes. I sure did!!! Good luck with keeping all your lies straight. Try not to waste other people's time in the future. It's bad for your business reputation :)

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Well between my daughter in law going into labor and putting me a day behind,i dont wanna make this customer waite any longer then they have to,sorry! Response from Alex N.: 3 days of excuses and missed pick up attempts. You put us in a bind with promised timeframe that we relayed to our customer. After 3rd day of BS, we cancelled this order because realized it was all a lie. Rookie mistake.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved His dates on the listing had pick up today and deliver asap. I will not be in his area till sunday and he needs it today . We agreed to cancel this so he can find someone else.
