I was delayed by very strong winds and snow, but Mark was very understanding and great to work it. He showed me the special car in his garage and we had a good time talking cars and bikes. The website had a glitch with the release code and Mark didn't stop trying until it went through.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The information about the shipment, with pictures of all 4 pallets was known before dispatch. The driver shows up at the shipper's address and refuses to accept the load. He said they need to be enclosed. Sorry, I paid for non-stackable. This is shit service. Please cancel Tforce. They either didn't read the shipment information, or changed their mind afterward. Either way, I don't care. Just cancel and refund my $$$.

What nice people! I selected Stratton based on their rating and feedback, and it was spot on. Great price, really nice trailer/equipment, prompt/honest, excellent communication, and they do a great job. Without any doubt in my mind, I would use them again.
