Pickup was fine but the Customer did not arrange delivery correctly and it cased a significant issue of storage and then re delivery of the shipment. He was not happy when he was billed for the additional re delivery and storage charges but arrangement of delivery was his responsibility.

Don’t use this guy to ship anything. He claims to give you a discounted rate. Then finds a way to make up what he discounted on the way.
