The service provider would never communicate with us. We contacted Uship and he refused to communicate with them. This has been an awful experience!!!! Finally called to say he had picked up load but he had not. Then called the next day and said he was on his way to pick the load up. It was at this point that we again contacted Uship and cancelled the shipment. Terrible Experience!!!!

GREAT Transporter!!!! Would use again!! We had a couple of hiccups happen for the pick up and he worked with us. He stayed in contact with us along the way. This was a great experience.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I sent an email to this carrier to contact me. I had a few more units that thought, to see if it was possible to put them on. I have heard absolutely nothing from the carrier. If he can accommodate it that would be great but he hasn't even contacted me to confirm if he is going to pick it up. He has only sent an email. If he would have just called me, I have made repeated calls every day, everything would have been fine. I would've been willing to pay him to deliver early, but he wouldn't commun

The only problem was a lack of communication. Item received in good condition but not contacting me when delivery day and time changed was a problem. I was flexible on the the delivery day and time but needed to know when it was going to arrive and that communication was lacking.

Mr. Monty, I reviewed our proposal to you for this transport, we delivered your vehicle within the time frame promised. I do realize your frustration concerning the condition of the vehicle you purchased not being what the seller described.. But we were only the transporter and made no promise of the condition of the vehicle you purchased. Best wishes Bill
