The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped David, your comments are unfair and reflect poorly on your professionalism. Let me make it clear that we went to the customer's location to pick up two items: a grandfather clock and a chest. The customer was informed of the scheduled pickup for both items via email. However, only one item was released to us, despite our inquiry about the other item. It is the customer's fault for not releasing the second item, and it is unacceptable for them to blame us for the situation.

We didn't book you for the clock that was the client that bought that piece we booked you for the chest and when the guy you hired to pick it up can he didn't present any BOL or reference to indicate he was here to pick it up that chest so the item was not released. We have multiple orders pending pickup at any time and we don't know what may one person is picking up especially if they just show up with no notice and say im here to pick up a chest for the same guy.

We canceled because you showed up and asked if we could give you blankets and loan you dollies so you could do the deliveries you booked and then told us you didn't plan to hire additional help for the big-size deliveries and that if you did need help that you would be asking the clients to assist you which is ridiculous. This is a large piece we were gonna pay you to deliver but at the end of the day you couldn't even manage loading up solo this is why we canceled not sure where you got racist.
