After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I called the provider at the number given. He had no idea who I was. This is after we had sent several emails. He did not know anything about my vehicle in MA. I am requesting my deposit returned. This provider also has 0 feedback, and did not provide any references, as he said he would. I have Already arranged shipping since... Thank you for understanding. I WILL use your service again, if the need arrises. Sincerely, Liles Channell

The wrong number was listed on uship, when I got in contact when the shipper it was too late, he had already put in a cancellation notice, at this time, I was going to provide references, but since he had put in the cancellation notice, there was no need to give references. I informed him of the error but he ignored my e-mail, and phone calls.

The shipper did a good job with the pick up and time estimates. The actual "driver" of the transport was late and her communication was lacking. I would recommend this shipper, but would suggest a different driver.

sorry you feel that way about my driver as she is near the top of her profession but I do agree about comunicating more and we have discust this point=doing better
