Customer became irate when we asked for the serial numbers of the equipment. We ask for the serial numbers to verify the correct items are being loaded. Customer refused to prepay for shipping and also refused to complete a credit application to allow for billing after delivery.

I was not "irate". I was cautiously concerned as to the poor reason they wanted copies of PAID invoces with the ser numbers of my equipment even though they get the same from RBAuction Co when driver picks up equipment at auction sight. Saying that the auction number tags get switched at RBAuctions. Also wanted full online payment using a non-secure e-mail. Watch out for this company.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I needed this truck haul job done sooner than the shipper could get a actual delivery date to my shop, Shipper tried very hard but didn't work out for my shipment, Sorry

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward FairPriceShipping wanted PAID invoces for driver, telling me RBAuction do at times switch tag numbers? Also wanted online credit card payment before any driver was sent to pickup load?
Response from FairPricedShipping:
Paid invoices from the auction are required for two reasons: First to be sure the items have been paid for prior to dispatching a truck, second to verify that the item being purchased is the same item being loaded on the truck, this policy is for the protection of our customer. We told the customer he could fill out a credit application to apply for a line of credit, he refused and also refused credit card payment. We do not accept checks from those with a poor credit rating.
