I no longer need my item(s) shipped There was an emergency and I could not communicate with the driver to explained, as he was not picking up my calls. I cancelled the pickup and sent an email to informed him. This was done on the 19 June 2020 the very day I did the booking. He replied my email and thanked me for informing him of the cancellation. The item was to be collected on the 22nd June 2020 but decided to cancelled it due to an emergency. The driver was aware that the item collection has been cancelled. I did cancelled i
