About Me
I'm a private collector of phonographs and collectables. I live in Brooklyn and get items on Ebay from time to time that I can't pick up myself so I'd like to establish a relationship with a shipper for future purchases.

Super communication and easy to work with. Bill is just a super nice guy and we would transport for him again any time.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it As I told the customer, after speaking with the seller, my opinion on the shipment changed completely. I was told I could not even grab the antique by the side because it would damage the mahogany wood, and I was concerned that 2000 miles in a box trailer would be far to long and would risk damage to the buyers prized possessions. It said in MG quote that I was in a pickup, and that is not the method of travel these items required, as I found out after arriving and inspecting.

For the record I did stipulate that these items had to be stored and travel in an upright position. That was in the initial description as were the two photographs showing the pieces. There was no misrepresentation on my part. It's unfortunate that the shipper didn't discern that before sealing the deal and making the trip to Denver. Either way, no hard feelings. This is something best left to someone used to handling high end items.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper didn't take into consideration the fact that these items are antique pieces and needed to be transported with appropriate care. Apparently the vehicle they use isn't equipped to provide a safe and trustworthy transport of anything delicate in nature. Sadly this has not only inconvenienced me but the seller as well and now I have to scramble to figure this all out. Sam was great to work with! From start to finish he was always in communication with me. Was earlier than originally expected. My shipment arrived safely secured and cared for. And Sam was a pleasure to meet and interact with. Highly recommended. One of the nicest people I've had dealings with in using Uship.
