The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time YRC BOL 32363752 was scheduled 01/31/19 for pick up with in our hours of operation of 10am-5pm. The did not show. They did not call to follow up. I contacted dispatch and I was informed their terminals are back logged and they could not guarantee a pick up today 02/01/19. I am requesting to cancel this appointment with this carrier as I rescheduled a pick up for my pallets with UPS Bol 32378548 and was given a confirmation pick up number of WBU26418597 and guaranteed for pick up before 5pm.
