I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier has my email address and cell phone number...I have tried to email him 4 times and no response. Also the phone number he has listed is shut off..If he had an issue that delayed him from making this move all he had to do was call me..but he chooses to just ignore my repeated attempts to contact him.

Let me say that this shipment was farmed out to Ambela Inc. So this feedback is for Ambela Inc.
The Positive:
My shipment was picked up fast (5 days) and it was delivered in a on time(14 days California to Pa.)It arrived with no damage.The Bad:My car was sent from Ca. with 2 keys. 1 for the Ignition and 1 for the doors. I received 1 key from the shipper.Now i have a locked door and no key. Also the car had 6825 miles when loaded, when received 6300,were did 15 miles come from? Theirs more but.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This service provider told me he could not haul my trailer, this was after i already sent him a $400.00 deposit. So he agreed to send me back my deposit. That was over a month ago, and i still have not recieved my deposit back and now he ignores all of my phone calls and my e-mails. So now since U-ship is no help in this matter, i have to file in small claims court to get my deposit back. Stay away from this service provider because he cannot be trusted.

This is what he forgot to write: I called him and we agreed I would send a m.o. for refund. He then very sneakily filed a complaint with PayPal,freezing my account and leaving me stuck 800 miles from home with no gas money and forcing me to cancel almost $2000 worth of deliveries. I have told PayPal to refund his money and it is now in their hands since my account is still frozen.
