The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer was not happy with open transportation when I told him prior to him accepting my delivery that it would be delivered in my pick up truck bed he booked me I drove 5 hours to pick up just for him to tell me never mind and cancel on my also he stayed that items would be rapped and they were not

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My surgeon moved my hand surgery up and I had to leave town before I could pick up this shipment. I have been waiting 3 months for the procedure and could not miss it. I am very sorry I was not able to accommodate the sender this time.
