I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The customer pick up location contact person do not return my phone call twice I try to make contact no answer I want to complete this shipment. Hope he found another Carrie that can work with him good luck Response from Jesse K.: You must have had the number wrong. He said you called one time, he returned your call within a couple hours and you made arrangements to pick the unit up the following day or the day after (can't recall off hand). That date came and went with no additional attempts at communication. He has always been immediately responsive and honest with me so its hard for me to doubt what he's telling me.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider has not made arrangements to pick up the load and continually disappears for a week at a time. I've initiated conversations twice after he's disappeared, he'll say he's going to make arrangements but just disappears again. I have already talked to support about this and they have said its alright if I cancel since I've given the person weeks to try to make this work out.
