Apparently Mary felt I should have loaded her baby and delivered him straight-away with no other stops to load/unload. I was within my quoted timeframe upon delivery. She was on the phone 4-6 times a day wanting pictures. When we arrived, her husband and his friend were very drunk and rude. He slapped the colt on the hind quarters and caused him to jump and fall down, shined a flash light in another horses face, scaring that horse, and was basically a big pain. Not the best of experiences.

Superb communication from start to finish. Frequent pictures of our babies. Pups arrived clean, and happy. The staff were amazing. A+ Highly recomended.

This guy really knows what he is doing. Communication was superb. Pick up, shipping and Delivery was flawless. Unloading over 3000lbs of furniture in minutes due to his vast knowledge and ability to properly package and protect our items. A++++

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time No call, no show. I had to call customer service who contacted the shipper multiple time before he finally responded with I have COVID. Based on his history here????

WOW is all I can say! Superb communication, Awesome Attitude, super helpful, and did exactly as he said. Advised us on pick up, texted night before to advise time of delivery, called 30 minutes prior to delivery, and was 3 minutes early to boot! VERY HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

Wow, now this is how it is done! Picked up on time, communicated throughout the trip, Delivered 2 hours prior to what they thought before picking her up. these guys have their ducks in a row, they take superb care of your horse, treat your baby the way you treat your babies. Not 1 scratch on my girl, Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

4 month old picked up and 10 hours later Gayle returned to the breeder having never left with a baby in trailer for 10 unnecessary hours. I understand she lost her dog but she should have offered to come back and get him after she had found her dog. She takes on shipments in between that made my foals time on the trailer 5 days instead of 2.5. On Delivery she has her nephew kicking the mustang in her legs because she would not move fast enough for him. My husband got videos of it. I'm not happy

I have a saved text from this lady apologizing for her husbands bad behavior and actions, because he was intoxicated and "not a nice drunk". I had other horses on my trailer to deliver and more to pickup after loading her 4 month old colt. She was aware of this prior to booking the load, yet would call me at 3 and 4 in the morning to "see how her baby was doing and wanting pictures every time I stopped". Enough said, there is no rationalizing as to what really took place, with drunks.
