Lex was very thorough. He made sure my boat was properly loaded and properly prepared for the highway. He has an amazing trailer that could not only take my 29 foot boat, but my car as well. It is an ideal setup if you are moving a long distance. The communication was excellent. Even though Lex encountered problems with weather and odd routing by the various states as he traveled from Los Angeles to coastal North Carolina, he never complained and was always cheerful as he persevered. A+++
