I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Expensive Stienway Piano needs to be moved on Piano board down 2 flights of narrow stairs, Karl Zou did not report this and no Piano board was taken we will not take the responsibility in moving this piano down these stairs and damaging it.
Unable to complete the transaction we would appreciate Mr Zou's Uship deposit being returned as he then can pursue contracting another shipper.
Customer in Florida appreciated the honest issue of moving this Piano and has no problem with looking after it in
