Carlos was very congenial and excellent to work with. We were very impressed with his communication skills. He was quick to answer responses, and did answer all requests made of him. Carlos was efficient in sending by mail the necessary items to complete the storage unit and we appreciate all the efforts made on his part. He is polite, efficient, and a man of his word. Amazing! Bev & Joe took wonderful care of our items and went above and beyond to collect from storage, box them up, and get everything out here in perfect condition. They even went so far as to clean the storage unit and close it out at the office. This was a complete success and smooth process. Communication was excellent as well, I received constant updates. I will be forever planning my eBay purchases and cross country moves around their schedule! Thanks!
