Great experience with this customer. Very flexible on pickup and delivery dates/times. Had help at pickup and delivery locations. Paid cash up front at pickup. Highly recommended and look forward to future shipments with this customer.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment they accepted my bid and i talk w/them a few days ago and told them i need pic up/delivery addresses.well no addresses and i called them and left a messagethat i needed the pic up address as i would b in the area today to pic up .now i am heading pass as soon as i send this

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I talked with the service provider on Monday and he said he could pick up our shipment on the upcoming Friday and would call me Thursday for directions. I gave him my cell phone and reiterated that he should call me on that number when he was at least an hour out, so I could leave work and meet him at my home. The provider called my wife's cell this morning, Thursday, to say he needed to come today. She didn't recongnize his number and didn't answer. He should have called me as agreed.

this customer accepted my bid ,but NEVER gave me addresses but just two phone #.He called me while i was driving,from his cell and i told him i needed him to send addresses and pic up would b thur/fri.wed nite/thur morining still no info so i called both phone# i had.not knowing it was his cell he called from,i left a mess.that i would b in the area .after nno response and now out of pic up area i put in a retraction 2 uship.I NEVER SAID I WOULD CALL 4 DIRECTION
